Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of bloxboys.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Bloxboys Studios AB ("BloxBoys", "we"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. Intellectual property

All music, videos, artwork, wordmarks, mascot art and other content published by BloxBoys are owned by BloxBoys or their respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit them commercially without our written permission.

Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. BloxBoys is an independent music duo and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

2. Accounts and Roblox sign-in

  • Roblox sign-in uses the official OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect flow. By signing in, you authorise BloxBoys to receive your Roblox user ID, username and display name.
  • You are responsible for the security of your Roblox account. Do not share your Roblox password with anyone — BloxBoys will never ask for it.
  • You may disconnect your Roblox account or delete your BloxBoys account at any time from the profile menu.
  • Accounts may be suspended or removed if used to cheat, spam, harass, or violate these Terms.

3. Mini-games and leaderboards

  • Mini-games under /play are provided for entertainment, free of charge, and "as is" without warranty of any kind.
  • To keep leaderboards fair, we validate submissions server-side (score plausibility, session length, submission rate) and reserve the right to reject or remove scores we reasonably suspect are invalid.
  • Your Roblox display name, @username and avatar are displayed publicly on leaderboards when you submit scores while signed in. Guests appear under the name they choose at submission time.
  • Personal bests stored in localStorage are yours; clearing site data will erase them.

4. Merch

  • Merch orders are fulfilled through Shopify. Payment, shipping, returns and refunds are governed by the policies presented at checkout.

5. Contact form

Messages you send through the contact form or by email are used to reply to your request. Do not include sensitive personal data. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Site embeds or integrates the following third parties, each subject to their own terms and privacy policies: Roblox (sign-in), Shopify (merch checkout), Spotify and YouTube (music and video embeds), Google Analytics and Google AdSense.

7. Advertising

Some pages of the Site display ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are targeted using cookies and similar technologies subject to Google's own policies. You can manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.

8. Acceptable use

  • No cheating, botting, scraping or reverse-engineering leaderboards or games.
  • No attempting to bypass authentication, rate-limits or server validation.
  • No uploading unlawful, defamatory, hateful or infringing content via any input.
  • No impersonation of BloxBoys, Roblox Corporation or other users.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BloxBoys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
